Once the customer is registered. QueueBoo will ask to identify the type of service

Do you want to see an Advisor or a manager

QueueBoo offers the request of the customer to the best-suited group of attendants expecting one of them to select and open it to have it assigned.

When an attendant opens the request the case will be assigned from then on.

QueueBoo will continue the process

Customer is notified to come in with all required instructions

Underwriting to formalizing process

When a loan is underwritten and approved, there are a few extra steps that take a lot of effort.

QueueBoo manages the connection between the parts through a workflow to complete the formalization process

Here is a pre-defined simple attention case

When the customer is notified of the aproval there are some steps to be taken.

In this case, we need the customer to come to an office to sign,  in other cases, it could be a virtual signing process, which can also be managed here.

In the approval notice, there will be a link to set up an appointment.

Once it has been set up, QueueBoo will continue,  until then it will wait (and send reminders)

Two options:

a- The user replies to the last notification text saying, I’m here.

or

b- The user sees the sign with the instructions and sends a request for service in a waiting line via text, web, email, IM or other methods

The request will appear on the pending requests of the assigned group of attendants until one of them selects it to work on it

QueueBoo offers the request of the customer to the best-suited group of attendants expecting one of them to select and open it to have it assigned.

When an attendant opens the request will be assigned from then on.

The attendant will have most information required and will instruct the system to proceed when ready
